Cocktail School
Our Cocktail School is definitely a fabulous rewardafter a day in the boardroom. You will be shown how to produce one of Bar 16'sfinest cocktails, by our superb bar team; they will demonstrate and talk youthrough the finer points of cocktail making. Then…..its game on. Your party will be divided into teams and you will competeagainst each other to create the best cocktails.

Chef's Table
This unique experience offers the opportunity tosee your meal be prepared from start to finish. You will dine at our Chefs Table and watch the fabulous kitchen team prepare your meal. This is a rareopportunity to have a window into the inner-workings of a restaurant kitchen.

Spa Indulgence
Arrive in our boutique spa, to be welcomed by our highlyskilled spa therapists. Choose the treatment of your choice, and then relax andenjoy.

Local activities
We have awhole selection of activities to take part in that provide plenty of fun andexcitement. Activities can include theme parks, assault courses, golf, citytours, treasure hunts and many more.

Ghost Tours
You've worked in the city and now it's time to really experience it and see allit has to offer, this is not for the faint hearted! After your day of work,your evening will conclude with a ghost walk around the historic city centre.On returning back to the hotel why not pop into the bar and let us know allabout your spooky encounters.
