We want you and your guests to absolutely love the food on your big.  We have noted below our menu selector choices to give you an indication of the style of our menus.  But we know you may have your own ideas for your big day and will do everything we can to put a menu together based on your preferences.
Starters
Roasted vine tomato and lemongrass soup
Lobster and Armangnac bisque with langoustine
Chilled Chanterais melon and spearmint soup
White bean and artichoke soup with truffle oil
Rose of melon, pink ginger syrup, raspberry sorbet
Cannelloni of cucumber and ricotta with a pea salad

Ceviche of monkfish and cucumber with crayfish

Main Courses
Ballontine of organic chicken leg, filled with mozzarella with crushed potatoes and a parsley veloute
Poussin, roasted in a lemon and pistachio butter with citrus cous cous and creamed leeks
Roasted black legged chicken breast with dauphinoise potato, and rosemary cream
Pot roasted chicken with roasted new potatoes
Rack of Derbyshire lamb with glazed grealots and fondant vegetables
Mushroom stuffed loin of Ashover pork with buttered cabbage, smoked bacon and grain mustard mash
Fillet of Beef Wellington, with truffle mash and carrot purée
Derbyshire beef fillet, with a chanterelle gratin, with a braised shin and pearl barley casserole
Cumin roast monkfish tail, wrapped in locally cured bacon with blushed tomatoes, spinach and potato
Spinach and lemon crusted salmon fillet, dauphine potatoes, creamed fennel and sauce Jacqueline

Desserts
Pear and roasted apricot tart with lemongrass sauce
