Now in her sixth year with the Finesse Collection, Jessica Loukes has returned to Donington Manor Hotel after a three year stint away opening our Cathedral Quarter Hotel in April 2008 and then on to take the helm at Lace Market Hotel in 2009. Jessica is now managing both Donington Manor and Lace Market Hotels as she continues to develop the product and service in each of these two beautiful and individual properties. Before joining The Finesse Collection, Jessica worked over a period of twelve years for three national big brand hotel companies where she learnt her trade, and developed her passion and commitment to individual and personal service. Jessica's experience and pride in her work shines through in the unique private properties of The Finesse Collection and the experiences her team deliver each day.

Couldn't live without: my border collie, Tink, she keeps me exercised and is as loyal as they come.

My inspiration is: all types of people motivate me. It could be the attitude and approach of a member of my team or the achievements of some of the UK's best hoteliers.
