Pork and smoked bacon terrine with pickled grapes and toasted ciabatta
Flaked salmon and herb fishcakes with red pepper mayonnaise

Roast sirloin of beef with Yorkshire pudding gravy
Seared breast of chicken with a white wine and mushroom sauce
Roast winter vegetable tatin finished with herb oil
Grilled fillet of hake with a soft poached egg and hollandaise sauce
