We are delighted to guarantee for all our wedding couples that theirs will be the only event in the hotel on that date. We offer a choice of two options for planning your wedding:

• A wedding package based on 60 guests for just £3000, which can be added to, embellished and upgraded.
• A tailor-made wedding where the whole day is built to your specific requirements, with this option we simply ask that you meet our minimum spend requirements. Saturdays, May to September £3,000. Fridays and Saturdays in December £3,000. All other dates £1,500.

Maximum Capacities: Rawdon Room 120 guests. Sage Room 30 guests

Civil Ceremony Fees: Rawdon Room £300. Sage Room £250

Entertainment: Evening Disco £350. House Band from £600.

Table Enhancements: (Includes chair covers, coloured chair sashes, matching table runner and table diamontes) Round table for up to 10 guests £40. Top table for up to 14 guests £50. Candelabra centrepieces are available at £20 per table and storm lanterns at £5. A wedding post box can also be hired to collect your 'wedding post' on the day for £20.

Hog Roast: For up to 120 people £1000. Includes chef's choice of salads, bread rolls and condiments.

Extended Bar Service: Normal bar service usually ends at 11.30pm but we will happily keep it open for an
extra hour for £50.

Menu Options: We usually ask you to make a set choice of three courses for your whole wedding party (excluding special diets). If you would prefer to offer a choice for your wedding guests to pre-book with their invitations this can be arranged for an additional £3 per person.

The Last Supper: All weddings booked at Donington Manor Hotel qualify for a 25% off a rehearsal dinner in the hotel the night before their wedding (for up to 20 guests) . The perfect opportunity to catch up with friends and family before your big day.
