Marketing Manager

We are looking for a dynamic, ambitious and creative Marketing Manager to manage the Marketing function for The Finesse Collection and its portfolio of hotels, restaurants, bars, spa, conference and wedding facilities situated within the East Midlands.You will be required to develop, drive and deliver a group Marketing Strategy to increase market awareness and business growth across all brands and target markets.

In order to be successful in this role you will need to show demonstrable success and commercial experience in marketing, brand awareness, development and implementation of a marketing strategy and campaigns and have experience with the full marketing mix.You will have experience in managing several projects, a demanding workload and operating with a hands-on approach.It will be extremely desirable to have experience within the hospitality industry.

The Finesse Collection is a group of privately owned hotels in the East Midlands, each with its own distinct character and style.Its four hotels are conveniently located in key destinations in the East Midlands: Nottingham, Derby, Castle Donington near East Midlands Airport and Belper on the edge of the Peak District.We have recently undergone a significant branding project meaning this is an exciting time to join a forward thinking and expanding company.

This stand alone position offers the successful candidate an excellent opportunity to make a real impact on the future success of the company.
