We have a selection of different menu options for your event.  Please see some sample menus below to give you a guide, but we know you may have your own ideas will do everything we can to meet your individual requirements.
Finger Buffet Options

Menu One
- £9.95 per person (included in Daily Delegate Rate)

Assortment of sandwiches (one round of each of the following per person)
Tuna mayonnaise
Mature cheddar and pickle
Honey roast ham and pickle
Assortment of salads (one portion of each of the following per person)
Fresh mixed leaves
Tomato and pesto salad

Menu Two - £11.95 per person (or £2 supplement on Daily Delegate Rate)

Assortment of sandwiches (one round of each of the following per person)
Poached salmon and crème fraiche
Roast beef with onion marmalade
Boiled egg and watercress
Assortment of salads (one portion of each of the following per person)
Caesar salad with shaved parmesan
Roast vegetable and cous cous salad
Fruit bowl

Menu Three - £14.95 per person (or £5 supplement on Daily Delegate Rate)

Menu One - £15.95 per person(or £6 supplement on Daily Delegate Rate)

Menu Two - £18.95 per person (or £9 supplement on Daily Delegate Rate)
