The County Room is situated on the ground floor and is suitable for boardroom-style meetings for up to 8 delegates. 
It measures 4 ½ m by 4 ½ m and has a small lounge area adjacent to it, which can be used for tea and coffee breaks. The County Room is air-conditioned with two large windows facing out towards the Galleries of Justice.
