The schemes at Merchants were designed by the world-renowned interior architect, David Collins - the man behind many of Marco Pierre Whites restaurants. Eye-catching details include chain mail chandeliers, horsehair wall lights, sumptuous red leather seating, a Canadian pressed tin ceiling and an eye-catching frieze of Nottingham lace panels.

Available for large private dining events and also for larger meetings events during the day. Merchants is fully air-conditioned with a state-of-the-art sound system for your personalised sound track to your event.

This room can accommodate 50 theatre style, 65 for a private dinner or 80 for a stand up reception.
