Kerry Rawson has been with The Finesse Collection for over 10 years, beginning her Finesse career as a General Assistant at The Lion Hotel. Kerry studied Hospitality with Licenced Retail Management at the University of Derby before jetting off to the USA to live and work in New York for 16 months.
A local girl at heart, Kerry returned to The Finesse Collection and worked as a Trainee Manager at all properties. Progressing quickly to Front of House Manager at the newly opened Cathedral Quarter Hotel in Derby and then joining our lively Sales team for a further 18 months. After 10 fantastic years Kerry's love for Finesse has brought her full circle back to where her story began but this time taking the reigns as General Manager in her beloved Belper.

Best part of the day: during check out listening to guest's feedback and hearing about what they've done while staying with us.
